To help coordinate our meeting, please let me know which of the following locations and times work best for you. Please note that to cover travel and logistics, there is a non-refundable appointment fee required for each location, which must be paid in full prior to our meeting:

• Nottingham, MD: $5.00

• Havre De Grace, MD: $10.00

• Shrewsbury, PA: $20.00

Once you have selected a location and we have agreed on a time, I will provide the payment details. Your appointment will be officially confirmed as soon as the fee is received.
