At Get Busy Living, we specialize in vintage and antique items. These pieces are pre-owned and often decades old. Because of their age and history, normal signs of wear, character marks, and minor imperfections are to be expected.

We make every effort to provide clear, detailed photographs and accurate descriptions so you can make an informed purchase.

  • Note dimensions, condition details, and any listed flaws.

  • If you have any questions about condition, size, color, function, or authenticity, please contact us prior to placing your order. We are happy to provide additional photos or clarification.

Condition of Vintage & Antique Items

Due to the nature of vintage and antique goods:

  • Items are sold as-is.

  • Signs of age, wear, patina, small scratches, fading, or minor imperfections are considered part of their character.

  • Variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

We do not consider normal vintage wear to be a defect.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if an item has been materially misrepresented in the listing.

A misrepresentation includes:

  • Significant damage not disclosed

  • Incorrect item identification

  • Major inaccuracies in description

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor wear consistent with age

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Failure to read the description or review photos

Return Process

If you believe your item has been misrepresented:

  1. Contact us within 4 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  3. If approved, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend insured and trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  • Refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.
